OUR FAMILY, OUR FAITH, OUR FUTURE UPDATES! WE ARE READY TO START CONSTRUCTION! As we move ahead with the major building elements, we will need to begin to borrow funds through the Diocese. Your generous pledges and contributions toward your pledge will help us to limit the need to borrow and avoid postponement of any important project elements for later construction or installation. Thank you for your ongoing support of Holy Family! Initial costs: $2,000,000 for additional properties along Gaylord, new traffic light entrance road,significant construction to connect the original campus (south side) to county wastewater lines, architectural, fundraising, permit and impact fees and other earlier site work. Phase 1 costs: Approximately $15,000,000 to include the Parish Life Center, Narthex, expandedChurch, roadways, new parking areas, landscaping and lighting. Pledges: We currently have about $10,100,000 in pledges and cash contributions toward the totalcost. PARKING: For the next few months, we will have some inconvenience in parking. The lot directly to the north of the church will be started first. Parking along Gaylord Street will be continued both where we had the Christmas Trees as well as the sections north of the school. This will actually give us more parking, but be a bit further to walk. These are exciting times as we look forward to our renovated and expanded Holy Family campus!
